Day One

I'm a 35 year old married mother of two, working (almost) FT, am 5'8" tall, and weigh 195 lbs. I won't bore you with my weight gains and losses, but to say that I didn't struggle with my weight until after pregnancy (me and about a gazillion others!). I will, however, tell you my motivation. 1 - I am having a girls night out on 8/15. We're going dancing. I don't want to be the fatty in the group. I'm sure I still will be, but at least not as bad. My goal is to be at 177. That's a little over a week to lose what - 195-177 = 18 lbs. That's nine days. 2 lbs a day. Can I do this? I can do this!!! Here's my plan - my friend ordered the 30 day free trial of Acai pills plus the detox pills for me. I plan to basically eat very little and exercise a lot.

Today = 1 large cup of gross gas station coffee disguised by 3 packs of vanilla creamer and 2 (or was it 3?) packs of sugar. 2 Nature's Valley Peanut Butter granola bars (2 bars in each pack). 2 mile walk in about 45-50 minutes. Dinner = 1 serving? of tortellini with marina sauce. Lots of diet iced tea, and water.
